- 7 ounces Chicken breast (200g)
- 7 ounces Mushrooms (200g)
- 8.8 ounces Green peas (250g)
- 1 cup Rice (150g)
- 2 medium size tomatoes
- 1 large green, chilly bell pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- to taste salt, seasoning
- to taste basil
Clean rice. Chop chicken into cubes, slice mushrooms, bell peppers, and halve tomatoes.
Heat oil in a pot. Fry chicken and mushrooms for 7 minutes.
Add peas, tomatoes, and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in rice.
Add bell peppers, salt, and basil. Stir for 10 minutes.
Drain excess water. Let sit for 10 minutes.
