Ingredients

  • 7 ounces Chicken breast (200g)
  • 7 ounces Mushrooms (200g)
  • 8.8 ounces Green peas (250g)
  • 1 cup Rice (150g)
  • 2 medium size tomatoes
  • 1 large green, chilly bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • to taste salt, seasoning
  • to taste basil

Instructions

  • Clean rice. Chop chicken into cubes, slice mushrooms, bell peppers, and halve tomatoes.
  • Heat oil in a pot. Fry chicken and mushrooms for 7 minutes.
  • Add peas, tomatoes, and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in rice.
  • Add bell peppers, salt, and basil. Stir for 10 minutes.
  • Drain excess water. Let sit for 10 minutes.
